Terms and Conditions
for Wholesale Purchase of Patterns

New Accounts:
Opening orders must be prepaid (see Payment Method) - net/30 on credit approval thereafter.
All opening orders MUST be accompanied by a completed copy of the Certificate of Exemption and New Account forms (enclosed). 

Order Minimums:
12 Patterns - any combination

Order Method:

  • Online Shopping is available for your convenience.  You will need a password.

  • You can email your order to sales@brensan.com

  • You may call us your order in at: 480/471-1123 - wholesale only

  • You may fax your order to:  360/326-1960

  • Order Form
    • ** Please no retail (consumer) calls - please check with your local quilt store for any patterns you would like to purchase.

Payment Method:
Business Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order - Sorry, no credit cards
Return check fee of $25.00
International orders must be in US funds.

Shipping:
All orders are F.O.B. Phoenix, Arizona
First time orders may use the freight chart on the order form - all net/30 orders will be billed actual freight amount or $4.25 minimum.

International Orders:
Please contact us for shipping and payment details.
Payment must be in US funds.

Returns
Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
