Due to the nature of digital patterns, they are not refundable. If you are new to Digital Patterns, try one first to make sure you are ok with the taping together of the patterns. You save on the freight and on the cost of the pattern, but you will need to print and tape the pattern together.

As a 1 person business, I only process Digital Patterns 1x per week.
